GW offers two primary retirement plans, the 403(b) Plan for employee contributions and the 401(a) Plan for University base and match contributions.

Learn how to enroll in the GW retirement plan as well as change contributions, change investment carriers, transfer funds, and request withdrawals or loans.

Investment Provider and Performance
GW’s retirement plans are supported by two investment providers: Fidelity Investments and TIAA-CREF.  Please note that Vanguard funds are also offered through Fidelity Investments.  The Investment Performance Summary reports the recent performance of the investment options available to GW faculty and staff who participate in the 403(b) and 401(a) retirement plans at GW.
