Please Note:  During the transition to UnitedHealthcare, the "Extended Network"
program was created to ensure that faculty and staff could have uninterrupted service with physicians who they had seen in 2010 and were not in the new network under UnitedHealthcare.  There is no end date for the Extended Network program.
