Functioning as one multidimensional team, the Office of Finance is responsible for the overall integrity of the University's fiscal activities.
In that capacity, the Office of Finance provides service excellence in all support and business operations to enhance the ability of the University to fulfill its vision of becoming one of the preeminent research universities in the nation and the world. Through our management practices we strive to create a working environment that enables us to use our skills and talents to best serve our customers, and to control and properly report the fiscal operations of the University, utilizing the principles of accuracy, integrity and insight. The Finance staff shares the organization’s dedication to excellence in operational performance and customer service. The Office of Finance regularly reviews its practices in an effort to continually improve our services, develop a strong sense of community, and maintain a strong financial base while addressing the needs of all stakeholders. The Senior Associate Vice President for Finance (Sr. AVP) directs this office and reports to the Executive Vice President & Treasurer (EVP&T).
